I’m sure you have been expecting some kind of story from me about the recent developments in the presidential election.

But this has been such an unprecedented week that I am struggling to put all of my thoughts into writing. Combine that with my rather stressful summer schedule, I just haven’t had the time to write anything about it all.

In lieu of a traditional story, I thought I’d share a Monday evening conversation I had with Dr. Joshua Kennedy, an associate professor in political science at Georgia Southern University (whose class I had the pleasure of taking last spring).
